Our standard dog walks are 30 or 60 minutes. The walk itself is tailored around your dog's pace, energy levels and individual needs.
We don't run mixed group walks with unfamiliar dogs. If you have multiple dogs from the same household, we'll be happy to discuss walking them together.
Only with your permission and once we're confident your dog has reliable recall and that off-lead walking is appropriate. Otherwise, your dog will remain on a lead or long line.
Yes. Walks can be tailored to their age, energy levels and stage of development once they've reached the appropriate stage with their vaccinations. Before then, a drop-in visit may be more suitable.
Absolutely. Walks can be adjusted to suit older dogs or dogs who prefer things at a slower pace.
We'll discuss your dog's individual needs during the initial consultation and decide what would be safe and suitable.
Yes, depending on your location. Collection and return can be arranged as part of the service.
No. Where appropriate, we can agree a secure key or access arrangement so your dog can be collected safely while you're out.
If required, we can agree a secure method for retaining a key or other access method for future visits.
We walk in most weather, but your dog's welfare comes first. During extreme heat, storms or other unsafe conditions, a walk may be shortened, rescheduled or replaced with a more suitable alternative.
Dogs are dogs! We'll do our best to clean off excess mud before returning them, but leaving a towel available for particularly muddy days is always appreciated.
We'll assess the situation, contact you using the emergency details provided and seek veterinary attention where necessary.

We can give treats supplied by you, provided we have your permission and know about any allergies or dietary requirements.
We may be able to administer certain medications depending on the circumstances. This should be discussed with us before booking.
We won't force them. We'll assess what's happening and try to understand why they're reluctant before deciding what's best.

Our cancellation policy will be explained when you book. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.
We'll ask for important information including your dog's age, breed, temperament, routine and any medical requirements. You'll complete a form before the first walk so we have the information we need to care for them properly.
Yes. Every new dog starts with an initial consultation so we can meet you and your dog, discuss their routine and make sure we're a good fit.
